Getronics and DeNexus Join Forces to Strengthen Industrial Cyber Resilience in Spain

This alliance reinforces the commitment to industrial cybersecurity, enhancing the value proposition for critical industries.

Madrid, June 13, 2025 — Getronics, a leading multinational in technology services with more than 135 years of international experience, and DeNexus, a benchmark in cyber risk quantification and management for industrial environments and critical infrastructure, announce their strategic alliance for the distribution of DeNexus’s product suite in Spain.

Through this agreement, Getronics will act as a value-added distributor, incorporating DeNexus solutions—DeRISK CRQM (Cyber Risk Quantification and Management) and DeRISK QVM (Quantified Vulnerability Management)—into its portfolio. These tools are designed for industrial sectors and critical infrastructure security, such as energy, electric transmission and distribution, manufacturing, data centers, and airports, with the aim of improving their cyber resilience against growing threats in operational technology (OT) environments.

“This alliance reinforces our commitment to industrial cybersecurity by strengthening the value proposition for critical industries, integrating next-generation cybersecurity solutions that allow our clients to proactively and strategically anticipate, quantify, and manage risks,” said Joan Marcer, Commercial Director of the Private Sector at Getronics.

Industrial companies and physically critical infrastructures are increasingly exposed to cyber risks. The convergence between OT networks and IT environments, the adoption of digital technologies (such as IIoT and predictive analytics), and the existence of legacy control systems lacking modern protection have expanded the attack surface. Added to this are new threats, such as ransomware gangs targeting production assets, state-sponsored actors, and vulnerabilities in the supply chain.

“DeNexus has set a new standard in industrial cyber risk management, applying modern AI techniques to model cyber risk using evidence-based data. This empowers cybersecurity and risk management leaders to allocate resources efficiently and prioritize risk mitigation and transfer. The partnership with Getronics will bring these capabilities to the Spanish market,” concluded José Seara, founder and CEO of DeNexus.
